Lewis Wilkinson

Lewis has in excess of 10 years’ experience in the property, construction and surveying industries, and a RICS accredited post graduate diploma in Building Surveying. He commenced at MBM in 2019.

He has worked across a broad range of building surveying disciplines, including as a Clerk of Works, undertaking Crown works, expert witness, CapEx and maintenance backlog schedules, technical due diligence reporting, make good assessments and dilapidations reporting.

Lewis’ commitment to exceeding client expectations, and ensuring accurate, detailed and timely reports are submitted underpin his qualities as an Executive Building Consultant.
